We source available manpower and screen for trade competency, experience, and site readiness. You receive a shortlist with role fit and availability for fast selection.

Documentation & Compliance
We prepare and verify required IDs, medicals, and client/site documentation. Mobilization is scheduled only after compliance checks and approvals are complete.

Mobilization & Onboarding
Selected personnel are deployed to site with coordinated logistics. We support induction, attendance tracking, and performance follow-up to keep productivity stable from day one.
